Be sure and visit, if not in person, then virtual, the space yourself. Watch the employees at work. Deem what is critical vs fluff. Keep the new design simple. Once you have a fairly decent rough layout. Try to eliminate 1 or 2 more dead spaces, or utilize a corner better. Adding color doesn’t have to be something that takes up space. So add that as your interest in the end, for the aesthetic vibe you’re going for.

Actually, I believe ergonomic workspaces can be visually appealing. Height adjustable desk design has greatly improved over the last few years and it should be a top consideration, along with task lighting, power/USB at the work surface and a higher end task chair. A comfortable and functional workspace doesn’t have to be large to be effective.

Especially important when designing retail or car dealerships. When choosing Residential wall colors, it’s always advised to look at your targets during different times of the day and evening.

It’s important to choose your palette according to the assignment. I typically use warm colors when designing eateries. They stimulate the appetite and encourage a sense of community. I also try to work with colors that flatter my client. Their home is their backdrop.
