When you’re swamped with tasks and ideas, pick the most innovative ones by focusing on a few key things. First, look for ideas that can make the biggest impact or solve important problems. Check each idea for how practical it is, how much it will cost, and if it fits your goals. Rank or score them to see which ones stand out. Choose the top ideas that offer the most value and can be done within your time limits. This helps you focus on the best and most creative solutions.

If we take it literally, we only fall into the game of good ideas and desires. In reality, to achieve something disruptive or a product that is adopted by the target customers, the main work starts from identifying the real problems to be solved, defining the solution that is easy to assemble, simple, flexible. With the full context, prioritizing its realization is simpler, with clarity, as mapping with the MoSCow technique or the one you master.

In my experience in HR operations, specifically process improvements, one of the challenge my team sometimes have is to select which process to improve first.
