As per usual focusing on the highest impact tasks is key, and efficiently slicing off simple quick, and easy tasks to clear our schedule and headspace. If we are overwhelmed with busy sales and don't want to abandon getting appointments for next week, a great idea is going through our pipelines, getting in touch with old leads that did not convert at the time, and contacting no-shows to get them back on if it makes sense. That can be quick, and easy and have a high probability of success resulting in having well rounded week.
