Si es el caso de que eres un solo trabajador y tienes que dedicarte a todas las tareas es mejor usar el tiempo "vacío" donde no tienes usuarios a los que atender para gestionar las solicitudes de préstamo interbibliotecario y preparar los envíos. Para evitar errores suelo hacer una acción primero y luego otra. Es decir, marcar el estado del ejemplar como "enviados" todos a la vez. Y después ir preparándo paquete por paquete. Antes de todo si la biblioteca tiene que enviar varios documentos lo que hago es comprobar cuántos ejemplares caben en cada paquete y después hacer las gestiones en el programa adecuado. Por último imprimir etiquetas y albaranes.
