My suggestion, don`t try to learn all in the same time, focus in only one each time to understand more. The same suggestion for IaC, focus in one tool in the first moment, like Terraform, and if necessary you learn others.

It is essential not only for a faster development cycle, improved code quality, better collaboration, consistent deployments are some of the benefits and definetly a skill to add to one's resume.

CI/CD are very interesting and are a important part of DevOps cycle, because if you are working in a Software Development Team, is very important to have a Continuous Integration process to guarantee that the dev job are working properly, checking if the application is not broken after a new update, if the tests still working, quality checks, security checks and others. The same for Continuous Deployment, because is necessary to automate the deployment process after the developer changes. Today is easier to learn this with platforms like GitHub. You can use a public GitHub repository for your studies for example, and use GitHub Actions to pratice CI/CD automation.
