Cuando se Practica la escucha activa, donde te concentras en entender verdaderamente lo que los colaboradores están diciendo, en lugar de simplemente esperar tu turno para hablar y validar sus ideas, apreciarlas y valida las ideas y preocupaciones de los colaboradores. Incluso si una idea no es viable, reconocer el esfuerzo fomenta un ambiente positivo, asi mismo, reconocer la adaptabilidad y recompensarla, conlleva a los demas integrantes al menos, en que esto que se esta haciendo puede ser ?Buena idea!

Para empoderar debemos delegar Responsabilidades, la autonomía fomenta un sentido de propiedad y compromiso, tambien es importante, brindar los recursos para que puedan ejecutar, proporciona los recursos y herramientas necesarios para que los equipos puedan tomar decisiones informadas y ejecutar sus responsabilidades con eficacia, estimular la creatividad es otro punto importante, animar a los equipos a proponer nuevas ideas y soluciones, y que no falte la comunicacion asertiva.

Measure. You cannot track improvement without tracking metrics. You cannot show improvement without metrics over time. Make measurement part of the design, part of the ownership of tasks and part of individual KPIs.
