1) QA team are effectively motivated, they can maintain productivity for a long time. 2) Decision-making, and boosted creativity in coming up with fresh ideas. 3)Resolving the problems, and approaching them with a clear plan and understanding of what to do. 4)When create a positive environment it will increase productivity, contentment, and creativity. 5) Making employees feel valued and appreciated for their contributions.

Always inspiring the team, build in them the value they are seeking, the goals they will reach. Making their believes in the value they gain by task finishing is the driving to finish it. Be actual leader, not simulation. The containment is by heart, not just words.

Clear communication about these priorities ensures the team understands what to focus on. 2)Maximize the use of technology where possible. Implementing tools for automated documentation, data management, or testing can help offset the manual load on a small team. 3)Be transparent about the work stress and limitations handle by the team. Those are some points which is important aspects to think on.

Colloboration and teamwork in case if there are any resource constraint. 4. Develop multiskill development and also do Job rotation within QA. Every individual will have the opportunity to explore and improve. 5.Involve everyone and respect everyone for their creativity and feedback. 6. Appreciate, reward and have a get together frequently. 7. Small moments also celebrate and wish him/her for their excellent work. 8.Empower them to next level leaders. 9.Always support your team and fight for your team, even though they made mistakes. 10.Never blame individual,develop a system.Always system works
