Before you start using machines to evaluate people, think if you'd like to be evaluated by a machine too. Also, at the moment, humans are still more creative than machines, so expect people to game the system. When that happens, from one challenge (no time to do evals), suddenly you have two (still have to do the evals and fix the damn system too... )
