These are 3 tips that I would do: 1. Use assistance of MTs (machine translations). You would need your clients' permission to do it 2. Skim the document. Look for short segments that you could translate quickly, and hammer down those segments like crazy ?? 3. The nuclear option: ask your clients' for a deadline extension. Note that this should be used as a last resort, as it could risk your business relationship with them.
