I overcome struggles with Live Events software by breaking down the learning process into smaller tasks and practicing each one step-by-step. I watch tutorials, attend webinars, and join online communities to gain insights from experts. I also experiment with the software, testing its features and learning from my mistakes. By being patient, persistent, and open to learning, I master the software and become confident in using it to deliver successful?events.

Honestly - we get external training. There's something to say about getting an expert to show you how to work with software, as it saves time, gives staff the chance to ask questions and also allows for hands on testing/play before launching with a clients event

I would tell anyone working on a software is to practice with friends or in a group you trust before using it to go live. That way you can with out the kinks and with out the fear

The fundamentals of live events software is not dissimilar to any other software…its a set of constructs that dictate specific functions that seek to achieve particular results. For instance, much of what can be achieved becomes relatively simplified if one only views it from a signal flow perspective. Keep viewing different perspectives until you can find one that you can relate to, and go to town on it.

Resources come in varying forms and can appeal to different leaning styles. The important thing to remember is that there is no "one best approach" - what may work for one person may not be optimal for another.

Get to a point where you can navigate your slides, speech without even thinking about it. When you go into something with confidence you’ll be amazed out your stance, voice and decisions become clear

In real life, unless you own the means to do so, practice may not be as readily available as some may make it seem. This should not deter one from constantly and persistently seeking avenues in which to practice. You keep knocking on enough doors, someone is bound to answer at some point.

When you network, do so with intentions, not blindly hoping you can find a partner to collaborate with or get business from. This way you can protect your peace and not get burned out
