Well it goes without saying, but we were constantly looking and internally developing our workflow tool, until we figured out that we should make it available to everyone. Now we're using Varolio and Monday.com for our productivity and workflow needs. This combination helps eliminating the need of deep planning, as workflows are built ad-hoc. AI helps in making the configuration process easier, and of course can replace some of the human insight.
