What I would do, Is a clear, direct an open communication with my main suppliers, just to know, if there are a main issue, with the material, and If I′m working with a Kanban Inventory Levels, try to order more than the minimum quantity to have a good level of inventory in case my customers need more material, avoiding stockouts, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory

Collaborate closely with supplier to more flexible terms, shorter lead times, and intensive clear communication.
