Most people I've met in my line of work, tend to give an overall feedback in the end of the project. I, on the other hand always give the feed back on a real-time in order to ensure the personnel with whom I work can accordingly change his thought process or make changes.

In most cases teams tend to give more output, when their given with adequate autonomy and flexibility. I've been in audits where the staff (including myself) don't get much autonomy and it ends up a less motivated audit team. This, in my view, is the deal breaker in any project.

The modern generation has its own ways of learning. But promoting the learning is where the key work lies ahead. I've made mistakes in my life, where I've not found the correct way for a motivation for learning, but with each mistake I learnt to promote, so that their future (and the project's future) is not hindered.
