It’s essential to understand the audience's aspirations and needs in each part of the journey they are, as we can have the same profile for two different people, and their needs might still be different for n factors. I do think that this is crucial for any campaign.

Who is your ideal consumer- their interest, behaviour, pain point and gain point, their stage in the consumer journey and where you can meet them. All of these will help you deliver the right message at the right time through right channel.
