Your cash conversion cycle is, basically, how long it takes from the time you pay for your product/service's inputs to when you get paid for them. If you have a long cash conversion cycle, growth can kill your business. You can be profitable but not be able to keep your business solvent. Figure out how to shorten your cash conversion cycle. It will help you scale. If you can figure out how to pre-sell new launches, that's even better. If you could get your cash conversion cycle negative (get paid before you pay for inputs), you can scale as fast as you want!
