Transparent communication is key, and it is very crucial, especially for team members working remotely. Firstly, set clear and SMART goals for all team members involved in a project. Set up a proper communication channel where each one can express their thoughts and solutions. Have a daily 15-minute stand-up call to understand the current status, and if there is a gap, share solutions with the team. By adopting the above practices, we can align our team on the same page.
