In my experience, I have successfully implemented various strategies to enhance our employer brand. One approach involves engaging with local high school students to introduce them to our industry and the potential career pathways available to them, highlighting opportunities such as scholarships and tuition reimbursement. Additionally, one of our managers serves on a college advisory board, allowing us to align relevant coursework with industry requirements and ensure a strong pipeline of talent. To further elevate our brand, I regularly post new hires and open positions on LinkedIn, as well as contribute to industry articles, increasing our company's visibility and reputation.
