When clients seem to misunderstand time constraints, it's crucial to establish clear and achievable timelines. Here's how you can align expectations:
- Communicate deadlines early. Explain the process timeline and set firm completion dates.
- Use project management tools. These can visually represent timelines and progress for clients.
- Be transparent with delays. If a setback occurs, inform clients promptly and adjust expectations accordingly.

I would always communicate everything both orally & verbally. When it comes to work, i generally do not go with conversational agreements. I have burnt my fingers.. sorry my hands quite a few times. Thus, i prefer everything to be either in agreement form or email form. By this, most of the issues will be under rest.
