I think the first thing to realize is that struggling alone is counterproductive. Before asking for help, I spend time researching online to see if others have faced similar issues. This helps me understand the problem better and makes my questions more focused. I also approach experienced colleagues, scheduling brief chats, preparing specific questions, and expressing my struggle. Their insights often lead to breakthroughs I hadn’t considered. Demonstrating effort to find a solution shows respect for others' time and expertise, opening the door for constructive dialogue. This combination of effort and humility fosters a supportive environment for collaboration.

I believe that no one is truly an expert at anything. Inherently, there are some nuances in the deep depths that do fail a person. In this case, I believe its best to ask someone for their thinking. Not the solution, not the answer. Just their thinking. You know how those teachers in school and college encouraged to form discussion groups? Like that. So that you get a sense of direction, and hustle up!

To overcome hesitation in asking for help with programming issues, I remind myself that collaboration often leads to better solutions. Preparing specific questions and doing homework makes the conversation more productive. I also engage with supportive communities online. Viewing asking for help as a learning opportunity transforms my approach, enabling me to grow and improve my skills effectively. Last but not least, that satisfaction when you overcome that hurdle. It's more enjoyable when there is a team in this situation.

I always try my best to solve a problem on my own first. If I realize it’s beyond my ability, then I feel comfortable asking for help. But I only ask once I’ve put in the effort to figure it out myself. When I know it’s something I can’t solve alone, I don’t hesitate to politely ask for guidance.

I believe that nobody is perfect in the world, so if I get stuck on some point of my code that is totally natural for me. Getting stuck during the coding process may happen due to 2 reasons 1.Complexity of the code syntaxes 2.Complexity of the implementation If I've stucked due to complex code structure and syntaxes then there are the ways to simplify them by following best practices of code structuring and official docs of the respective platform or any other media lik blogs, videos or coding communiymay help. If there is a complexity in implementation then yes I've to first find out the root level clarity for the same requirement and then take help of AI tools or the coding communities like stackoverflow. In the end you may ask for help
