La difficulté n'est généralement pas d'attirer des candidats diversifiés mais d'attirer des candidats qui correspondent à la recherche. Très souvent je re?ois des candidatures de candidats qui ne correspondent en rien au profil recherché. Pour attirer les bons candidats, il faut être le plus précis possible dans la description du poste et son contexte. Concernant les candidats expérimentés il est souvent plus efficace d'aller les "chasser" plut?t que publier une annonce. La difficulté des candidats seniors sans emploi est, pour eux d'être "visible / identifiable ", et pour les recruteurs de les trouver malgré leur manque de visibilité. Un conseil aux candidats expérimentés en recherche d'emploi : travaillez votre visibilité !
