Here is what i can say we should empower our team with trust & clear goals. We should recognize their efforts, encourage initiative & show how their work impacts the bigger picture. After all people own what they help create . In a large by fostering a culture of pride & responsibility they’ll feel motivated to uphold excellence and see quality as a shared mission not just a task.

Make sure the team has an understanding of what the quality goals are and the path to reach those goals by giving them the skills and training they need. You can't expect your team to reach goals if you never give them the resources to do so.

according to my experience as Quality excellence drive wherein i was driver for same, the biggest challenge was how to inspire team to do best & strive for best results for continual improvement, i involve customer who are directly affected sometime your inspiration may not work but same word of mouth from customer will not only motivate stakeholders but also they set their expectations against present situations.2ndly recognize some of major low hanging fruits or results will inspire others. empower for training or additional support and resources required or not involve for problem solving of CFT teams. these are some views and you will achieve great results. if involve all employees & contractual workers you will get sustainable results

To inspire quality ownership in your team, set a clear vision, highlighting the “why” behind quality goals. Empower them to make decisions, fostering accountability. Encourage continuous improvement by welcoming feedback and recognizing efforts. Celebrate successes and view mistakes as learning opportunities to build a growth culture. Provide resources and training to ensure they feel capable. Model accountability by maintaining high personal standards. This supportive, empowered environment motivates your team to take responsibility for quality excellence, helping them see their role in driving the organization’s success.

1. Empower Decision-Making: Encourage team members to make decisions by providing them with the necessary autonomy and resources. Highlight how their decisions impact the project's success. 2. Set Clear Expectations: Define what ownership looks like with specific, measurable goals. Celebrate instances where ownership leads to positive outcomes, reinforcing the behavior. 3. Foster a Culture of Accountability: Create an environment where taking responsibility is valued. Use team meetings to discuss both successes and failures openly, focusing on learning and improvement.
