Provide translations and phonetic trancriptions: If you happen to use examples from languages other than the one used to write your report, it is advisable to provide a phonetic transcription of the words. To make matters even better, you can provide a translation of the words into the language you are using to write your report. These two tricks will make it easier for everyone to understand everything you write in your reports, and at the same time give you the freedom you long for to use whichever languages you wish to exemplify and illustrate your ideas.
