Leading effectively requires finding the right balance between offering support and holding the team accountable. I focus on creating an environment where team members feel empowered and supported by providing the resources and guidance they need to succeed. At the same time, I set clear expectations and regularly check in to monitor progress. By fostering open communication, I ensure that team members feel comfortable coming to me with challenges while also reinforcing the importance of meeting goals. When issues arise, I address them directly but constructively, helping the team stay accountable without feeling undermined.

Balancing support and accountability is key to effective leadership. At IBC Consultants, we've found that transparency and open communication are essential. Setting clear expectations upfront ensures everyone knows their role, while regular feedback fosters growth. I believe in empowering my team with the right resources and autonomy, allowing them to take ownership of their work. However, consistent follow-ups are crucial to ensure goals are met and standards maintained. It's about building trust and creating a culture where accountability is embraced as a shared value.

I strive to build an effective team by setting clear goals, and follow-up. I build trust within my team and give them the autonomy to make responsible decisions. Teach and mentor, and follow-up regularly. I have them be part of the solution and execution decisions. If I see gaps between their process and my expectations, I provide guidance through asking thought provoking questions, as well as suggestions.
