To ensure diverse preferences are met, Make sure that you are considerate about all employees by following some of these steps: 1. Send out surveys to employees to gather information about their dietary restrictions, cultural preferences, and accessibility needs. 2. Plan activities that encourage participation from people with different backgrounds and interests. 3. Organize workshops or presentations on cultural diversity and sensitivity. 4. Create a workplace environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

Involve employees who represent all facets of your workforce and invite them to co- create the event with you. Use a design- thinking approach by uniting people with different perspectives, backgrounds, experiences, etc. When I organized events for Pride Month in Berlin a few years ago, I asked for volunteers in our organization. 11 people joined me and we created a wide array of events, workshops, and initiatives for the month. It was a huge success. And I learned so much working with all these amazing people. Making them heard and allowing them to co-create is a great signal for your company culture; far beyond the events you create.
