Cutting costs on a product that already performs well on the market can be difficult. But here are some ways to get started; From my little experience in sales, I realised how raw material costs can vary depending on a supplier. I remember a material cost up to two times what a different supplier sold at. You might be procuring raw materials at a higher cost. By negotiating with suppliers or searching for alternatives, raw material cost can be reduced, which will in turn reduce product cost, while maintaining quality. Even though quality also depends on raw material, finding the right supplier with both the right price and quality material can significantly impact your process.
