The overall manufacturing process can be optimised by breaking down the bills of materials. Each of the raw materials needed in the process should throughly be explored and alternatives which offer nearly the same quality with a reduced price should be considered in the product. This will lead to a reduction in the cost of manufacturing

If can review process first with all valuable and non valuable costing or process can do adjust few bit, but moreover production cost is main costing which need to review with new tooling or to increase machines production rate with new instalment, SPM's etc but first to review all steps with individual adaptation effect that quality doesn't suffer.
