Feedback is an important mechanism to excel in Service Operations; be it using CSAT surveys or real-time sentiment capturing mechanism (DEX). It helps the individual to understand the "value" expectation of the customer to course correct. It also acts as a "Pause & Reflect" mechanism to ensure that the service delivery aspects align with the customer's Business objectives. These elements finely dovetail into identifying areas of continuous service improvement, communicate and co-create with the customer and implement the agreed changes in a timely fashion. Close the loop with mutually agreed metrics and periodical reporting.
