The main subject is: each person must have a clear role in the process and what stages are expected to impact. And objectives must be SMART.

In case of roadblocks due to conflicts, I would act proactively with high priority to find a speedy resolution. The following process is often helpful: setting clear goals, with the involvement of the stakeholders (encourage ownership) —> assigning clear roles, and engaging the stakeholders to see how the accomplishment of each task helps to achieve the overall goal (big picture perspective)—> if conflicts arise, ensuring open dialogue and active listening, followed by synthesising the conflicting views into key themes (genesis of the conflict) —> putting it all in the context of the set goals & encouraging a resolution such that the achievement of goals is not compromised. In a nutshell, empowerment of the team is key!

When resolving team conflicts during process streamlining, clarity and communication are key. Start by setting clear goals and roles to eliminate ambiguity and align team efforts toward a common objective. Encourage open dialogue where everyone feels heard, sometimes, just understanding different perspectives can dissolve tensions. Introduce conflict resolution techniques like finding common ground or reaching a compromise that benefits the broader goal. Remember, conflicts aren't always a bad thing; they can spark innovation when managed well. How have you used conflict to drive positive outcomes in your team?
