Also, as an entrepreneur you need to learn to ask help - as often as possible. If you don't have the money to pay for the help in the beginning, think what else can you offer in return. People love to help and give their support!

If they don't clearly know what they truly value then the business they build might soon be out of sync with their values. And when that happens, managing even the day to day work becomes difficult. 2. Pocketing profits and upgrading personal lifestyle too soon. They need to wait for the bigger fruits that will come if they can persist. 3. Not delegating operational tasks to the people who can do it better. 4. Not taking care of their mental and physical health and hence burning out or giving up too soon.

With a new business or product, done is often better than perfect. Businesses are made to grow, products must always evolve and improve. Sometimes new business owners think they need to perfect their product or service before launching it, but that'll never be the case, and they delay progress and growth by simply not taking that leap of faith to hit "go!". Having been an entrepreneur myself, i cannot stress enough on how important the role of the founding team is. The team must bring in complimentary skill sets, must be equally passionate, and willing to go that extra mile. The split of work between founders must be equal so that none of them feels overworked. The equity split must also be taken very seriously and more practically without any emotions. After all investors invest in great teams and not just great business.
