Non disclosure agreement is a must. The agreement need to mention clearly what can be shared. Besides only necessary design data shall be shared with the vendor and not the entire project design.Due diligence of the vendor had to be analysed prior to the agreement. The entire process had to be based on mutual trust, faith, collaboration and accountability.
