Hello, In order for you to determine what type of reagents you should have, first you need to identify the experiments you will be doing and have the lab protocols evaluated and ready. Among the reagents that are mostly used in biotech labs are: Phosphate buffers (with different pHs). Please make sure to have the appropriate phosphate salts, acids and bases, and distilled water. Elution buffers. Lysis reagents. Tris-HCl. Triton X-100. PCR Reagents. I hope this will help.
