From my experience, the best way to keep a customer happy is to be able to communicate with a human, so you can integrate several tools, however it is always important to allow the customer to talk to a human, that can help a lot in building a long term relationship and secondly, it can also provide many insights to improve the customer experience. There may be tools with AI, however, the feelings and emotions between humans is what makes us human. H2H (human to human) is a good way to run a business.

The best tool for customer service is to have exceptional quality and very high reliability, based on the two above, the customer calls will be reduced to almost none, so just give the CEO or COO phone number as customer service. If customer call is going to be one if these two: 1.
