When revising a video based on client feedback, I find the best way to handle conflicts is to focus on understanding and collaboration. First, I make sure to really listen and grasp what the client is concerned about. Once I'm clear on their vision, I suggest changes or alternative ideas that still meet the project’s goals. It’s all about being flexible but also honest about what works creatively. I also try to keep the conversation collaborative, so it feels like we’re working together toward the same goal.

Set clear expectations: Communicate the implications of requested changes on the project timeline and budget. Setting clear expectations helps manage client understanding and avoids potential conflicts. Prioritize feedback: Determine which feedback is critical and must be addressed immediately and which can be handled later. This helps focus efforts on the most impactful changes. Provide visual examples: Use mock-ups or visual examples to demonstrate how proposed changes will look. This can help clients better understand the adjustments and make informed decisions.
