Una forma que utilizo para garantizar la autenticidad de los comentarios de los usuarios finales, es una vez tengo el proceso mapeado y refinado, realizo una reunion para presentarlo con todas las partes interesadas e impactadas y dejo que cada uno aporte sus comentarios para llegar a un acuerdo, por lo general grabo la sesion con el permiso de los asistentes.

It creates transparency between you and users , thereby enabling the users to have confidence in your refinement process ,so that they can suggest changes as and when required. By this way it gives you the confidence of moving in the correct direction and having a refined process in an iterative and collaborative way.
