There's always a trap to get lost in all the tools and to start focusing less on the core activity - sourcing and screening. If your company has an ATS, a google sheet/excel would be fine. Divide it in "interested", "KO tech/other", "sent out to the client", "contacted" "not interested" and sections for the name+comment and you'll be fine. Keep it simple, in the end of the day you're a headhunter more than a PM
