Many candidates don't know how to preapre a cv properly, they lack in mentioning the projects clearly, they might have career gaps. To make the workload less many are referring to assessment tool which is a good step in recruitment. Below are the Key Considerations: -->Assessment Tool should be in our budget and User friendly so that everyone can use it. -->Once we upload the cv it should pull data from it only instead of rewritting again. -->There should a feature to mention clearly about the Career Gaps. -->Editing and Deleting should be done easily.
