Know your buyer!! Or in this case the person holding the purse strings. You can do all the preparation but if you don't understand their DISC personality or values it will all go to waste. Tailor your approach...if they are high D be short and snappy, it they are high C make sure you get into the detail

You should also keep a record of your conversation and any agreements or outcomes that were reached.
