Quality aspect is not limited to Product only, its about everything what we do in a company. In an urgent situation, We need to bring all together and share them that they are responsible/accountable/authorised ( restricted) for quality compliance all across supply chain. If we imbibe them that its all their support company can do it and give them confidence that right quality work will always be rewarded and defects beyond a limit will attract some action.

Agree with Implement lean manufacturing techniques: Streamline processes to reduce waste and inefficiencies . I also add Automation which help to do things in more accurate way.

Keeping the quality of the products maintained is the one of the hard way to keep your reputation in the Top always, also keep your teams( quality, production, maintenance etc…) trained always And following the SOP’s for all process plus measuring all process parameters and keeping it all the time in standard ranges could lead to consistence quality of the products maintained

Food Industry requires utmost care while talking of quality. As a manager, I would assign all the experienced staff to the stations, where they can check the quality with speed and best. The new or less experienced colleagues can be assigned packaging where they need not bother much about quality their only focus is on packaging. And to make packaging fast, we can use jigs and fixtures and define Standard operating procedures. Thjs will avoid any mistakes or rework in packaging.
