1 Define your scope

This process will help identify and manage any issues, risks, or changes that may arise. To monitor and control your project, you need to collect and analyze data from various sources, such as reports, dashboards, or surveys. Additionally, you should evaluate and report your status, results, or outcomes to stakeholders and team members. Furthermore, implementing and documenting corrective or preventive actions like adjustments, revisions, or improvements is necessary. Lastly, conducting and reviewing audits, reviews, or evaluations such as quality assurance, risk assessment, or lessons learned is recommended.

One thing I have found useful is to actually monitor the progress of the project regarding its cost, scope and time ,this will be achieve through the various project progress reports. This will enable you strategise basing on the actual cost vs the pending cost hence you are able to re prioritize the available remaining resources in order to achieve the best out come out of the project

6 Deliver and close

The final step is to deliver and close your project, which is the process of completing and handing over your project deliverables to your stakeholders and customers. This will help ensure that the project meets expectations and organization goals. To do this, you should verify and validate deliverables using acceptance criteria or tests, transfer and transition deliverables to stakeholders and customers with training or support, close and release resources like team members or equipment, and evaluate and acknowledge project performance with feedback or rewards.

Executing deliverables is crucial in the auccwss factor and measure to conclude the result. Handling multiple projects in a plate gives chances for progress lag. The remedy for this is to define kr's and allocate weekly wins which can be produced to deliver and close. To close the key results are to be clearly defined.
