Creative ideas are always valued in the digital world, showcasing creative thinking can really prove beneficial when you really want to make a difference. Few other things that can help: 1. Participate in hackathons in your workplace or outside. It enables you to work on your creative muscles. But remember you need a good amount of practise as hackathons are extremely fast-paced and demanding 2. Organize lunch and learns with your prototype (as there can be variety of audience) about the innovative idea you have been thinking for so long. You might encounter with some really good questions and feedbacks 3. Try may be organizing architecture round tables sessions. This may be a good place to find some solutions on your code
