Then, you can focus on completing the A tasks first, followed by the B, C, and D tasks.

Una vez que se tiene asignado el desarrollo de una automatización corresponde la realización del entendimiento y/o analisis del proceso de modo que podamos realizar una estimación adecuada del desarrollo de las actividades hasta la puesta en producción, donde se especifique todas las tareas a realizar desde la asignación de los miembros del equipo así como considerarse las fechas de inicio y fin, con el objetivo de que el equipo se encuentre sincronizado para cada etapa y de esta manera se tenga plasmado de forma organizada un cronograma a seguir.
