Give ‘em a written leave behind with your top 3-5 points you should have hammered home in the interview. Don’t forget to take the first 15 seconds to express feeling and empathy towards the topic. Finally, don’t waste time trying to answer questions you don’t know the answer to. If you don’t know say so and move back to your base message. Control the narrative.
