When every second counts, make your message clear, concise, and engaging. Begin with a strong hook that grabs attention and sets the tone. Use impactful visuals or memorable phrases to reinforce key points quickly. Aim for clarity over complexity distill complex topics into easily digestible insights. End with a powerful statement or call to action that resonates, leaving your audience with something to remember or act on. This way, your message endures well beyond the moment.

Be Clear and Concise: Keep language simple and avoid jargon. Clear, direct messages are more memorable and easier to absorb. Use Engaging Visuals: A strong image or infographic can communicate complex ideas faster than words alone, enhancing recall. Wow, such great insights here! In my experience, the key to impactful content is to always know your audience's pain points and speak directly to them from the start. Opening with a relatable or surprising fact can immediately grab attention. I also believe in keeping things concise—value should be clear and direct, leaving no room for confusion.

First is to be clear on the audience and objectives of the presentation. That will help me identify relevant and relatable stories , case studies and activities that will immediately captivate the interest of the audience. I will ensure they are engaged throughout by asking them to contribute through questions, debates and sharing of experiences. We will co-deliver the session to ensure we both achieve our objectives

There is always time to learn some insights about your audience, even if you have only 10 min before the actual presentation. Ask a couple of people why they are there, which companies they work for and what they expect. That could give some valuable input how to win the attention of your audience in no time.
