Think before you speak. I bet you heard that one a million times. Rushing your answer in any scenario is not great. It makes it look like you are nervous (which you likely are) and it might cut off the person asking the question as they might have a follow up included...don't wanna do that. Take a moment to listen to the whole question. Acknowledge it if that is your style. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of "Ohh that is a great question", try something different. Comprehend it and then answer. Even if you give the same answer you would've given if you jumped the gut, it seems more thoughtful. The goal of handling high pressure is to not make it seem like you are in a pressure cooker (even if you are). Fake it till you make it I guess
