I can see many of the answers already mention creating a mix, which I fully agree with. One possible addition is the creation of the material sent out ahead of the meeting. If you get a good mix there as well, you will be able to lean heavily on the pre-"reading" for the presentation. But in general unless you know the audience well, mixing it up is useful anyway as it keeps people engaged.
