In power projects we have multiple stakeholders due to integration of different teams Communication plays important role and lack of communication can compromise quality, loss prevention and safety of the teams involved in the project.

Empowering your team creates a relationship of mutual trust which is also a source of motivation and self belief. I think all the team members of the project must be given some degree of freedom in achieving their task. For example, instead of instructing them what to do, a good leader would define the end result or goal and guide the team towards that goal and also taking ownership of any unfortunate failures

Psychological factors have a great impact on the workflow and you can see that impact in your work environment, for example in one of the projects without mentioning the name, there were two project engineers and each one had a different approach with the workers, so what happened: - The workers dealt with the good leader with enthusiasm and energy at work and the opposite with the bad leader. - When the bad leader motivated one worker and left the rest, this led to a great negative impact among the workers and this is one of the most dangerous issues. - You should always be fair and not make anyone feel frustrated because no one deserves that.
