Desde que tienen objetivos o les asignas una tarea ya confias en ellos y los estas motivando a que pongan todas sus ideas y mejoras en lo que van a realizar son libres de tomar sus desiciones y como ya lo comente si se equivocan no pasa nada se corrige es parte de asumir riesgos y de eso se aprende. Nunca es recomendable los rega?os ya que se desanima el epleado hay que tener cuidado con eso
