In my experience, people and customers do not want to waste time. so the quickest and easiest way for them to click and purchase is what I look for. For anyone putting on a live event, make it easy for people and then send an email (funnel) letting them know you have received their registration and more information will follow. Keeping people engaged up to event keeps the momentum and excitement flowing.
