As best practice, I treat an individual as “An Individual”. No two people are the same. I would not expect the same reaction, impact, and understanding from two individuals (however similar they may be). I would always pause, and speak to them as they need to spoken to, more time as they wish to be spoken to. With work-tasks, I worry less about the daily expectation - because those are incumbent with my position. I would ensure they are done accordingly, and would have a back up person If I cannot. Then I can focus on the newer and much more complicated tasks, and/or acknowledge other personalities that I need to collaborate with.

Using CRM tools and automation for routine tasks frees me to engage personally with clients. Active listening helps me understand their unique needs, while clear, transparent communication manages expectations, especially during delays. Staying calm and positive reassures clients and enables me to handle pressure effectively. These strategies allow me to provide personalized, high-quality service and build lasting client relationships, even when demands are intense.
