I like to use what we know famously as the Eisenhower Matrix. I like to categorize my tasks in the following four components: 1. Important and Urgent: Tasks that need immediate attention and have significant consequences if delayed. Prioritize and handle these first. 2. Important but Not Urgent: Tasks that contribute to long-term goals but don’t need immediate action. Schedule these to ensure steady progress. 3. Urgent but Not Important: Tasks that demand immediate attention but don’t contribute to key goals. Delegate or minimize time spent on these. 4. Not Important and Not Urgent: Low-value tasks. Consider eliminating or postponing them. This helps me maintain clarity and ensure no important tasks are getting overlooked.

As a Product Manager, it's crucial to recognize that the role is demanding and relentless, requiring both resilience and adaptability.
